Cross Fit has its limits. Gymnastics for Fitness will improve performance in workout and strength training programs through enhancements like handstands, handstand walks, bridges, and safety rolls. Your pull-ups, kipping pull ups, leg lifts, muscle ups, and squats will have better form and be more effective. Mobility and flexibility will improve with active and static stretching techniques.
