SGA LAKE CITY OPEN TRY-OUTS FOR THE JUNIOR OLYMPIC DEVELOPMENTAL PROGRAM!

WHEN:

Saturday, March 9th, 2019 at 2:00pm – 3:00pm 

– Please arrive 10 minutes in advance. Try-outs will begin promptly at 2:00pm 

WHERE: 

Lake City 28TH AVE GYM – 12739 28th Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98125 

WHO: 

Girls ages 4-7 currently enrolled in classes at SGA 

BENEFITS OF THE PROGRAM: 

– Highly structured class with a focus on formal gymnastics progressions 

– Promotes strength development, flexibility + controlled body movements 

– Social emphasis placed on promoting work ethic, discipline + teamwork 

EXPECTATIONS: 

– Acceptance is at the sole discretion of the coaching staff and not all gymnasts will be invited to join the Junior Olympic Developmental Program. 

– Time commitment begins at 2 + hours per week.  More details about the program will be provided at try-outs.
