The gymnastics discipline of trampoline and tumbling, often referred to as T&T, includes competition in trampoline, synchronized trampoline, double mini-trampoline and tumbling. Both boys and girls compete in the four events. The SGA Trampoline and Tumbling competitive team follows USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic pipeline. Athletes start at level 1 and may progress through level 10 and on to Elite.
Gymnasts are placed on the T&T competitive team from the T&T development program, upper level recreational T&T classes, upper level recreational artistic gymnastics classes and/or artistic competitive programs.
There is an annual training commitment ranging from 4 – 16+ hours a week (depending on level and competitive events), local, national and international travel (depending on level), as well as additional fees on top of tuition.
