We hope you are enjoying summer in the beautiful PNW and the opportunity to get outdoors!
As we soon move into Fall (and the return of the rain), SGA is here to help keep kids active and strong, while in a safe and highly-controlled environment. We’ve updated our schedule to maximize class convenience and availability while strictly adhering to capacity regulations. If you’d like to join us, you can enroll and start classes now (ensuring your spot as demand grows), or if you’d like to start in September, you can enroll beginning August 24 to begin class the week of September 1st. View the schedules at the links below – you can enroll online through your SGA account, or we’re here and happy to help you directly.
We are proud of the health & safety protocols we’ve upheld during our summer session, and we’re committed to the same vigilance going forward; including our small class cohorts, physically distanced safe coaching techniques, continuous sanitization, and keeping our gyms highly ventilated. Meanwhile, our returning gymnasts have been having a blast getting back on the equipment and learning new skills, and meeting new friends through physically-distanced socialization!
Our classes can help provide an opportunity for kids to decompress, exert energy, explore movement and build strength, and interact with adults and peers in person after their remote-learning school day.
We are passionate about keeping kids engaged in activity and the physical and mental benefits it provides. If you aren’t ready to return in person but are looking for a way to provide structured activity for your kids, we are continuing to run Virtual classes.
A few other things to know:
- At this time, we will continue to run in-gym classes for ages 4+ only. We miss our littlest gymnasts immensely, but need King County to move into Phase 3 or 4, when social distancing requirements can be lessened, before we can welcome back ages 3-and-under in a manner that will be best for their safety and wellbeing. Virtual classes for age 3 are available.
- All of our health & safety measures will remain in place, as guided by State leadership.
We hope to see you back at SGA soon!
