The focus of our Learn programming is on developing strength, confidence and movement through gymnastics training. Our USA Gymnastics certified staff will work in a safe and positive atmosphere on breaking down skills into small components to achieve success.
Our classes run year round and SGA has a variety of programs and classes to fit schedules and needs. It is never too late to start!

Gymnastics

Gymnastics is a dynamic and powerful sport. It is a great foundation activity that can improve strength, balance, coordination, body awareness, concentration, discipline, and perseverance.
It works the whole body and strengthens the mind no matter the age or level.

LEARN TUMBLING 1 || CO-ED 7-12Y
Age: 7 yrs - 12 yrs
LEARN:This class for kids with little to no experience in gymnastics that want to learn basic tumbling skills and build strength. This is a class that focuses on floor, trampoline, and Tumbl Trak.
LEARN TUMBLING 2 || Girls 9-18Y
Age: 9 yrs - 18 yrs
LEARN: This class is designed for beginning level gymnasts who have completed Learn Tumbling 1 or have been assessed in. This class is for girls with previous gymnastics or tumbling experience. It focuses on strength, floor, trampoline, and Tumbl Trak. 60 minutes per week.
LEARN GYMNASTICS 2 || Girls 5-7Y
Age: 5 yrs - 7 yrs
LEARN: This class is designed for beginning level gymnasts who have completed Learn Gymnastics 1 or have been assessed in. These gymnasts work on all 4 Olympic women’s events, including trampoline, Tumbl Trak and foam pit. Gymnasts will continue sequencing skills together to form routines. 60 minutes a week.
LEARN GYMNASTICS 2 || Girls 8-12Y
Age: 8 yrs - 12 yrs
LEARN: This class is designed for beginning level gymnasts who have completed Learn Gymnastics 1 or have been assessed in. These gymnasts work on all 4 Olympic women’s events, including trampoline, Tumbl Trak and foam pit. Gymnasts will continue sequencing skills together to form routines. 60 minutes a week.
LEARN GYMNASTICS 3 || Girls 6-12Y
Age: 6 yrs - 12 yrs
LEARN: This class is designed for girls who have completed Learn Gymnastics 2 or have been assessed in. Gymnasts work on improving skills, strength and flexibility using drills and conditioning on all 4 Olympic women’s events. Gymnasts will continue sequencing skills together to form routines. 90 minutes a week.
LEARN GYMNASTICS 4 || Girls 6-12Y
Age: 6 yrs - 12 yrs
LEARN: This class is designed for girls who want to take their learning to the next level. Gymnasts are able to spend more time on each event and are introduced to skills requiring strength, flexibility, balance and agility. Gymnasts will continue sequencing skills together to form individual routines. 2 hours a week.
LEARN SKILLS || Boys 3.5-4Y
Age: 3.5 yrs - 4 yrs
LEARN:A class for gymnasts to develop refined motor skills, strength and flexibility for advanced gymnastics skills such as the handstand and cartwheel. Gymnasts will begin to work on all 6 men’s events including Trampoline, Tumbl Trak and foam pit.

Age: 5 yrs - 5 yrs
LEARN: This class introduces beginning gymnasts to all 6 Olympic men’s events including trampoline, Tumbl Trak and foam pit. Between working basic body shapes and balance, boys will also begin to gain strength and flexibility. 60 minutes a week.
LEARN SKILLS 2 || Boys 4-5Y
Age: 4 yrs - 5 yrs
60 minutes a week. A boys gymnastics class with focus on proper skill progression and fundamental strength development. Invitation only/Tryout Required.

Age: 6 yrs - 6 yrs
LEARN: A introductory boys gymnastics class with focus on proper skill progression and fundamental strength development. These gymnasts work on all 6 Olympic men’s events, including trampoline, Tumbl Trak and foam pit. 60 minutes a week.

LEARN: An introductory boys gymnastics class with focus on proper skill progression and fundamental strength development. These gymnasts work on all 6 Olympic men’s events, including trampoline, Tumbl Trak and foam pit. 60 minutes a week.

LEARN TUMBLING 1 || Boys 6-12Y
Age: 6 yrs - 12 yrs
LEARN: This class is focused on developing correct somersaults, handstands, and cartwheels. Tumblers will work on connecting these skills in addition to learning front and back handsprings and flipping skills. 60 minutes per week.
LEARN SKILLS || Co-ed 4Y
Age: 4 yrs - 4 yrs
LEARN: This class is where children continue to work on basic gymnastics shapes. This class will focus on balancing, jumping, rolling, and hanging while also working on coordination, strength and flexibility. 45 minutes a week.
LEARN SKILLS || Girls 5Y

LEARN: This class introduces beginning gymnasts to all 4 Olympic women’s events including trampoline, Tumbl Trak and foam pit. Between working basic body shapes and balance, girls will also begin to gain strength and flexibility. 60 minutes a week.
