Our recreational class are for all ages and genders. We teach progressive gymnastics by highly-trained coaches in a safe and positive environment.

Those advancing from SGA’s recreational classes have many options for adding in the fun and challenge of competition.
Our annual Spring Refresh Closure dates will vary by location this year, as follows:
– Ballard + Columbia City: March 22, 2025 (Saturday) – March 25, 2025 (Tuesday)
– Burien, Lake City + Mill Creek: March 29, 2025 (Saturday) – April 1, 2025 (Tuesday)
We will be closed for gymnastics classes and activities during this time.
