Build strength, endurance, balance, coordination and more with our fun and exciting Adult Fitness & Conditioning classes. Tailored for each participant’s ability, our highly trained and skilled coaches will guide you through the same conditioning techniques and drills as our gymnasts to help you accomplish your fitness goals in a training program experience like no other!

Time Commitment & Cost
Adult Fitness classes are 60-90 minutes long (once a week, unless multiple classes are joined) and is a continuous enrollment program. Class enrollment includes SGA Membership with monthly pricing based on the number of weekly hours a student spends in the gym.
