For gymnasts who have already experienced and progressed in our Learn / Recreational program, and may be looking to grow their experience and opportunities, we offer different Competitive programs with varying levels of difficulty, commitment and requirements – from friendly, intramural team competitions in Star League, to statewide travel in the XCEL program.Learn how gymnasts can join our competitive programs ➔
This program prepares gymnasts to transition from recreational classes to a competitive track, by progressively working on advanced skills.
Intramural Star League
Star League focuses on developing teamwork, learning routines and participating in friendly competition with other SGA locations.
Intramural T&T League
Like Star League, the co-ed T&T League participates in friendly competition with other SGA locations on Trampoline & Tumbling events.
Women’s Artistic Competitive Team
A competitive program offering an accessible, yet challenging level of competition. Our Women’s Artistic Competitive Team competes in sanctioned meets through the National Gymnastics Association (NGA) and the USA Gymnastics Xcel program.
T&T Competitive Team
A competitive experience for the Trampoline & Tumbling program. T&T Competitive Team athletes work on progressively more advanced skills and compete outside of SGA.
Men’s Artistic Competitive Team
Our Men’s Artistic Competitive Team provides training and competitive opportunities at USA Gymnastics sanctioned invitational meets.
