For gymnasts who have already experienced and progressed in our Learn / Recreational program, and may be looking to grow their experience and opportunities, we offer different Competitive programs with varying levels of difficulty, commitment and requirements – from friendly, intramural team competitions in Star League, to statewide travel in the XCEL program.

Pre-Team
This program prepares gymnasts to transition from recreational classes to a competitive track, by progressively working on advanced skills.

Women’s Artistic Competitive Team
A competitive program offering an accessible, yet challenging level of competition. Our Women’s Artistic Competitive Team competes in sanctioned meets through the National Gymnastics Association (NGA) and the USA Gymnastics Xcel program.

Our Men’s Artistic Competitive Team provides training and competitive opportunities at USA Gymnastics sanctioned invitational meets.
