Specialty Gymnastics Camps (Star League, Pre-Team + Xcel)
For those enrolled in Star League, Pre-Team and on the XCEL competitive team, specialized summer camps are available to refine skills and work on the next progression. Gymnasts are welcome to join a camp at any location.
Passwords are required for online enrollment in all specialty camps. Qualifying students can find the enrollment password in your SGA account under documents.
Star League Camp
Star League gymnasts are invited to brush up on skills, learn new ones, and prepare for the Fall competition season! Each day will be filled with skill-based games and drills for gymnasts to build strength, skills, endurance, and technique throughout the week.
Enrollment is open to all gymnasts enrolled in Star League A, AA, or AAA across all SGA locations.
DATES:
- Ballard – August 4-8 from 8:45am – 11:45am
- Burien – August 4-8 from 9:30am – 12:30pm
- Columbia City – August 11-15 from 9am – 12pm
- Lake City – July 21-25 from 8:45am – 11:45am
- Mill Creek – July 21-25 from 8:45am – 11:45am

Pre-Team Camp
Pre-Team gymnasts are invited to brush up on skills and learn new ones in a fun, safe, and exciting gymnastics-focused camp! Each day will be filled with skill-based games and drills for gymnasts to build strength, skills, endurance, and technique throughout the week.
Enrollment is open to all gymnasts enrolled in Pre-Team 1 and 2 across all SGA locations.

- Burien – July 14-18 from 12pm – 2pm
- Lake City – August 4-8 from 9am – 11am

Xcel Camp
Xcel gymnasts are invited to brush up on skills, learn new ones, and prepare for the upcoming competition season! Each day will be filled with skill-based games and drills for gymnasts to build strength and technique throughout the week. Gymnasts will also participate in exciting team bonding activities and receive instruction from a few guest coaches!
Enrollment is open to all gymnasts enrolled in Xcel across all SGA locations.
