The goal of the Men’s Artistic Competitive Team is to provide gymnasts of varying abilities and commitment levels the opportunity for a rewarding competitive gymnastics experience. Athletes compete in all Men’s Olympic events: floor exercise, pommel horse, still rings, vault, parallel bars and high bar.
Class enrollment includes SGA Membership with monthly pricing based on the number of weekly hours a student spends in the gym.
There is an annual training commitment of 4-14 hours a week (depending on level) to be part of the Men’s Artistic Competitive Team as well as additional financial expenditures and willingness to travel within the state of Washington and surrounding region for competitions.
The Men’s Artistic Competitive Team is organized into ten different levels of training or competition, from beginner to elite. Each level has multiple age groups and opportunities for participation and competition. Competition is carried out at the local, state, regional and national levels through USA Gymnastics sanctioned invitational meets and championship level meets.
