My step daughter attended gym classes at SGA Ballard and Lake City for many years. The teachers were truly mentors for her and helped her tremendously in all aspects of her life. My step daughter gained confidence in herself and the work ethic she learned at SGA has translated into many areas of her life.

  • SGA IMPORTANT DATES

We want to make sure our gymnasts, and our staff, can enjoy holidays and vacations with their families. Therefore, our yearly amortized tuition accounts for scheduled closures, as well as shorter / longer months, meaning closures are already calculated into the annual average tuition cost so your payments stay the same each month and you are not paying for days when the facility is closed.

SGA will be CLOSED for Recreational Classes:

    • Memorial Day: May 29, 2023 (Monday)
    • Summer Break: July 1, 2023 (Saturday) – July 7, 2023 (Friday)
    • Labor Day:  September 4, 2023 (Monday)
    • Thanksgiving: November 21, 2023 (Tuesday) – November 26, 2023 (Sunday)
    • Winter Break: December 22, 2023 (Friday) – January 1, 2024 (Monday)

Please note: closure dates vary based on program enrollment. SGA may have camps, clinics, team practices and other special events running during the scheduled closures.

Check with your Member Services Staff for more information.

  • Billing

    Continuous enrollment

Continuous enrollment allows gymnasts to start and end classes any month, no sessions to wait for. Once registered, participants are free to transfer, level up or age up to the next available class as they are ready.

Registration is ongoing, including over the summer months, and enrollment remains in effect until written notice of a cancellation is provided and confirmed.

    Auto-pay

At the time of enrolling, we will ask for a bank or card account number and get consent for automatic monthly payments. Your automatic payment will be processed on the 20th of the month for the next month’s tuition. For example: October’s classes will be billed on September 20th.

Please note: a 3.5% surcharge will be added to all Visa, MasterCard and AmEx payments. To avoid the additional surcharge fee, use your checking account (E-check / ACH).

    Late or returned payments

A $25 fee will be charged for late payments. Payments are considered late after the 25th of the month. If payment is not processed by the 1st of the next month, class spots will be offered to others.

An NSF fee of $35 will be applied for any returned payments or bank drafts.

  • Missed Classes

While we hope gymnasts and their families try their best to attend classes whenever they are able – that’s part of learning dedication and discipline – we understand life happens and for a number of reasons, classes are missed from time to time. And so, SGA provides resources to help gymnasts retain momentum and physical activity while they are out of the gym.

  • Class Withdrawal

If for any reason you decide to discontinue a class, please fill out a Drop Request Form and return it to the front desk by the 1st of the final month you wish to participate in class. Verbal drop requests are not accepted.
