Ballard Boys Team at Cold Turkey

Our Ballard Boys Team had their first meet of the year on Dec. 16 at Cold Turkey, hosted by Metropolitan Gymnastics!

Coach Dalai said:
“The boys team started off their season at Cold Turkey where they had a great first meet! The level 3 boys did a great job as a team coming in 3rd place. Luca competed his roundoff back handspring for the first time and all of the boys improved on their skills from last year. Smith performed his best routines he has ever done and looking to add bonuses to both challenge himself and gain more skill to compete at the highest level. Maverick has performed one of the hardest skills on p-bars for his level and shocked the spectators. After his routine Maverick got a round of applause not only from team but from the entire crowd. Derek competed as a level 4 for the first time and successfully landed his Vault which he has been working very hard on this year. This has been one of his biggest challenges but he conquered the fear of the skill in a masterful way and showed off all his hours of hard work that he puts in.”

WAY TO GO TEAM!!! Coach Dalai, Coach Josh and ALL of us are immensely proud of each of you! 2024 has nothing but big things in store for you and we can’t wait to see it!
