Gymnastics Experience: I trained and competed through level 9 in the JO program. I began coaching when I was 17, assisting with the compulsory program. Since then I have coached just about everything from beginning level Recreation, Boys and Team.

What do you like most about working at SGA? SGA is the first gym I’ve coached for that puts so much emphasis on the intangible qualities of gymnastics. We do so much more than just teach these kids how to flip, we teach them to be strong, to persevere through challenges, and to believe in themselves. It feels amazing to be part of that.

Hobbies: I love to garden. I grew up on my family’s farm on the east coast and have always loved having my hands in the earth and watching things grow.
