Did you know that your coach is one of the owners of SGA? So is the Member Services team member who helped you at the front desk, and so is our facilities manager, and so are… all of us! Which means that in addition to the financial benefit of an extra ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) retirement nest egg, each one of us directly contributes to the collective success of SGA through delivering on our mission. We are all invested in SGA, because we are all owners of SGA!

Holly
Holly joined SGA in 2022 and is a delightful and appreciated Member Services Coordinator, helping our families get the most out of SGA (and she’s an SGA Alum!). She is also a part-owner in our ESOP!
Katie
Coach Katie is not only a stalwart coach, she always brings the positivity and laughs in any situation. She’s also a fully-vested employee owner in our ESOP, and we so appreciate all her contributions to our collective success over the years!
Luke
Superhero coach by day, part employee-owner all the time, Coach Luke does it all! His super fun and engaging style not only benefits our kids, but our whole company and all our employee-owners. BIG Coach Luke fans over here!

Some of our employee-owners have more than 20 years at SGA, some just entered the ESOP after their first year of eligibility. All have their own stories on what employee ownership means to them, and how it benefits not only themselves but our gymnasts and their families.

For me personally, because I’m so connected to my job, I look forward to it more. I see more of a path for the future. I see that in my other fellow coaches too. We talk about our students and we talk about how they will progress. It’s more of an investment with these kids.
