Indoor Playground is one whole hour to explore our equipment, play safely, make new friends and burn energy!

• There must be an adult for every two (2) children in a group.
• An online parent-signed waiver needs to be completed to attend Indoor Playground.

Pre-registration:

• In order to provide the best experience and fair access for everyone, pre-registration for each Indoor Playground event will open three (3) days before the event takes place, and close one hour before the event start time. For example, pre-registration for our next events on Wednesday, March 25, will open on Sunday the 22nd at 12:01am and remain open until one hour before the event start time.
• You can pre-register online as an SGA Member ($5 per child), a member of the general public ($10 per child), or with your Indoor Playground punch card. Please just take care to enroll in the correct area to receive your correct rate, or call us and we are happy to register you. (Note: all Giving Wednesday $2 events will be under the general public filter.)
• Please note: credits and refunds will NOT be provided in case of attendee-cancelation or no show. The three day registration window is intended to assist with the security of only paying for an event you know you can attend.
• You are welcome to continue to drop-in without pre-registration, as space allows (on a first come, first served basis). If you aren’t sure if you will be able to come to an event or want to play it by ear, this option will provide maximum flexibility. Also please do drop-in if you want to attend but the hour-before-event window for pre-registration has closed.

• Adults must actively supervise and stay with their children at all times. SGA staff is on the floor to help remind of rules, direct traffic, and create a fun environment.
• Only children are allowed on the equipment.
• Socks for adults, bare-feet for children. No shoes allowed on the gym surfaces.
• Some equipment is off limits, such as High Beams and High Bars.
• One child per trampoline, including the Tumbl Trak.
• The Tumble Trak is one direction only.
• Only jump feet-or-bottoms-first in the foam pit. Diving head-or-stomach-first is dangerous.
• Please change diapers in the Restrooms and dispose of soiled diapers in the Diaper Genie.
• If your child has a potty accident, please notify SGA staff immediately so appropriate cleaning may be done.

If you are new to SGA, create an account and sign your waiver ahead of time to make playtime as smooth as possible! To create your account:

2. Register a new SGA customer account for your family.
3. Add your student(s) to your account.
4. Complete a liability waiver – this is required for participation in all SGA classes and events. The waiver must be completed by the child’s legal parent or guardian.
5. Add your primary-payment method to your account for easy payment processing at check-in.
