Here are some #SGAStrong stories:
“My 9 year old has developed strength, balance, poise, perseverance, and confidence through gymnastics at SGA!”
-Mary
“Sydney Herzog is part of the JO Level 3 Team. I got to know Sydney a year a half ago, when she was a brand new level 2. She was a sweet kid, who never complained about her workouts and assignments. I always wished that she was able to reap more rewards from her effort. At sectionals, she had two really surprising falls and they barred her from competing at state. However, she didn’t let that hold her back. With an incredible attitude and work ethic, she threw herself into the summer months and embraced the higher intensity training, giving the coaching staff every right to move her to JO Level 3. In the fall, when open gym became available for the team kids, Sydney made herself a regular presence, recording her workouts in a notebook and inspiring her teammates to join her. I am so proud to see Sydney thriving at last.”

“My son, who was adopted via the foster system, first started classes via Treehouse for kids. Its helped build confidence and relieve stress. I’ve seen him grow and evolve in ways that make my hear swell. Thanks SGA!”
-Parent at SGA
“My daughter has learned so many different gymnastics skills since she started! Her form has improved a lot and she’s gotten so much more confident! She really enjoys class and is excited to start competing in Star League this fall. We love SGA and especially all the wonderful coaches!”
-Marla
“I love the atmosphere that we create for kids, parents, and staff. Kids feel supported and welcomed, and I hope that the parents also feel that we are helpful in answering all of their questions and anything else they may need. As a coach at SGA, I feel that all of the SGA staff are always fun and friendly, and create a very positive, happy environment.”
-Coach Karlee
“I love being able to share my passion for gymnastics in a gym that is dedicated not only to skill development, but also to character development.”
-Coach Kim
“SGA is the first gym I’ve coached for that puts so much emphasis on the intangible qualities of gymnastics. We do so much more than just teach these kids how to flip, we teach them to be strong, to persevere through challenges, and to believe in themselves. It feels amazing to be part of that.”
