NGA State Championships 2024
SGA Ballard had the privilege of hosting the National Gymnastics Association State Championship over the weekend of April 20, for our Women’s Artistic Teams from across SGA. The competition was hot and sportsmanship was high!
Coach Lauryn from SGA Ballard said: “Last weekend, SGA Ballard hosted and competed at NGA State Championships. We’re so excited for all of our gymnasts who qualified for Regionals! Our gymnasts are back in the gym working hard and we can’t wait to head to Nevada to compete!”
Coach Jayme from SGA Columbia City said: “The state meet was a lot of fun! The girls did really well, we had some personal best all around scores, as well as event scores. We also had 100% qualify to compete at Regionals next month in Reno!”
Coach Misa from SGA Lake City said: “NGA state meet was a huge success! All of our Lake City Gymnasts qualified for Regionals and we cannot wait! Reno, here we come!”
We are so proud of all the athletes who accomplished so much this year, and are proud to offer the additional competitive format and opportunity of NGA, in which the requirements and scoring more closely aligns with NCAA. And what a huge success to have all our athletes move on to Regionals! Go Team Go!!
