Learn new skills and refine current ones in single-event Skills Clinics!
Our recreational skills clinics are a great way for gymnasts to get a little extra gym time, or for new students to start learning the basics and discover their interest in gymnastics. For most clinics, no experience is necessary, and you do not need to be enrolled in continuous classes at SGA to enroll in most of these one-time events.
Taking a break from gymnastics during the summer? Clinics are great way to keep up on strength and skills. New to gymnastics and want to test out interest level? Enroll in a single Skill Clinic event, no further commitment.
In each 1-hour, 1.5-hour or 2-hour session, gymnasts will develop their gymnastics abilities on a specific event or skill, learn new tips and tricks, and build confidence in a small group setting.
Space is limited so check out our Recreational Skills Clinics schedule and register early to reserve your spot!

My daughter loves going here for gymnastics and I have been very pleased. My daughter seems to have made the fastest and most gains here. The coaches have been able to instruct her in ways that help her catch on to skills quickly.
