- Personalized goal setting and regular progress reports for your gymnast
- Access to SGA’s Strong at Home Video Library (great for when you miss a class, or to make extra progress!)
- Access to Gym Time sessions (ages 6+ only, plus 5Y enrolled in Level 2 / Pre-Team)
Online registration for SGA Member classes, events and the Video Library are password protected. You can find the Class Passwords required to complete your online registration / gain access in your SGA Account, under View Account Documents, or call your Member Services Team for more help.
*Siblings are included in most, but not all discount benefits. Please see each program for details. Siblings who are not enrolled in classes cannot attend Gym Time.
